Ok so yesterday I took off my carbs an stock air box preping for my pod filters to get here an Im wonder what I do with these 2 tubes Do I need to put a air filter on this or just leave it go? I know that I need a air filter on it Im just wondering how I mount it I read on here to save this crocked hose so what now

I cut the top of the hose off,and just pushed the filter on.this way the filter is standing straight up.The other hoses can be eliminated & blocked off

Now when you say capped am I removing this metal thing that the tubes are conveyed to an capping it off on the engine?

Yes.Mine has plates that bolt to the valve cover,eliminating everything.But you can block it as close to the valve cover as you want.

Also exactly where do I tee the hose that goes hear too?

You can block that vacuum port off.The one on the other side can go directly to vacuum on the petcock.Or you can tee both vacuum ports into one,than to the petcock.Your choice.

Also what is the purpose of the tube in the middle the clear one that can move? Also thanks for all this help ive been doing this in real time I'm just happy I have an iPhone an a photo bucket account an it takes a darn good camera

Thanks again for all this help I was completely lost trying to read the guide posted on Suaves site im currently at work an also awaiting float bowl seals an the pod filters but I cant wait to get em an get this thing back up an running
