HI Guy's,
New here, but love my little EN400 (454 Ltd), small problem I need to replace the exhaust, but so far I have been unable to source one including on ebay (the only 1 on there the owner has not replied to a question put to them).
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement set of pipes from or what pipes would fit as a replacement?
Thank you all in advance.

Same here. I've been digging for a couple of days. Nothing. Considered fabbing up my own.

The header pipes from a Vulcan 500 will bolt on to the engine, but due to differences in the frame, they are too long to fit on the 454. You can use them by doing this: Cut the header pipes just in front of the crossover pipe, eliminating it completely. Now, get some 1 3/4 inch exhaust tubing, cut two pieces length of how long you need or want it, usually about a foot or so (it will slide over each header pipe by driveing it with a block of wood and a hammer). You can put a slight bend upwards in the exhaust tubing, before installation, if wanted, to follow the contour of the bike frame and stock exhaust. Now, you can clamp on any 1 3/4 inch inlet mufflers onto each pipe. Hope I have not been confusing with these directions. Look at the pic of my bike in the Photo Gallery, and you will see.....using hardly david mufflers, and I did not bend the exhaust tubing.
