Hi everyone,
I reasently took my carborator s of my bike to get them cleaned. It is my first time, but I looked in manuals and on forums so I believe I did I good job. I also installed pod filters, 3 shines, 130-k main jets and 40-y pilot jet. Whit full choke it idles fine at 1000, but as soon I gives less choke it dies right out.
It's starts right back up with full choke but will not run without.
And sometime at random, when I taken the gas tank of and just used a separate container as tank for a period.
When I put the gas tank back on the bike it runes great for about ten minutes of driving, and then the bike dies and the same problem accrues. Full choke or it won't run at all.
Pleas help, im going nuts. I put stock air filter back but still didn't get the bike to run good.

The pilot jets are plugged. Did you remove the idle mixture needles for cleaning & adjustment? They are under sealed caops that need to be drilled out for removal.?

You must remove them so you can clean the jets. This is why you bike won't run without the choke on.

Well if that still doesn't work try running it with the gas cap open.
