I used the factory shocks.... Pulled them apart and cut the springs down and polished everything and put them back on. It rides about the same as before maybe softer its only good for one person riding not two up. When my wife rides with me i put stock one back on it.

I'd be careful with that method I tried that before and even had a shop taper the springs after the cut. I just didn't feel safe at all it was way too soft to reach any comfort level.

Yeah, be careful around corners! I turned my EN450 into a hardtail and lowered it 3". I also cracked my header pipe because it bottomed out on hard cornering!
