********I'm back.... I sold the 454LTD about a year ago. But today I bought an '82 KZ1000 LTD. I'll need to post some pics.******** 10/10/13 So, I just got my bike on 1/15/2012 and was eager to modify it. I eventually want to bob it the right way (AKA expensive) but for now I just made some extremely cheap modifications using all existing parts. So, I'm calling it my wobber (wanna be bobber). The day I bought it Removed passenger seat and ugly (in my opinion) backrest. Cut existing seat into solo seat. Mounted license plate on side via belt guard bolt. Stripped paint from the gas tank. Got my Suzuki Savage shocks today and put 'em on. I'm loving the look! Working on a custom seat Here's the bike with the 12" apes:

You can use that plastic dip in a rattle can; I saw a Porky Pig done with it a couple months back it's tough as nails and doesn't really scratch...same finish in the end as above.
