After my original exploded I bought something like this in the UK. After stripping the engine to remove all the magnetic bits, long job, the bike was too badly damaged inside. I bought a new reconditioned engine with 24k on clock and its runs so much better.
Do not rist the originals as I found out, get one like this.

Is This a direct replacement flywheel for the LTD. I recently acquired one noticed it wasn't charging properly. I took off the flywheel cover and found the problem, two of the magnets had came off. They came off clean enough I shouldn't have to worry about pieces of magnets everywhere.

Thanks for the response, do I need the stator to go with it as well, or will the OEM stator work if its not damaged.
