Replaced my seals in right and left fork, left fork is perfect after change. Right fork is leaking. Could it just be I damaged the seal installing them? Maybe didn't clean them well enough? What else should I look for? Damaged shock tubes?

Define leaking. Is it just seeping out a little or like pouring out. If it's just seeping you may have some dirt caught in between the fork tube and seal and could be fixed without taking it apart.

I used a tool called seal mate on my crotch rocket that was leaking and it fixed her right up. It slides up under the seal on the fork and cleans it out. They are like $2 and can be purchased at some motorcycle shops or online. sealmate.net

This is the same fork that I had to drill out the fork bolt. So when I got it apart I was in a bad mood and rushing. I'll try cyclegear for the seal mate tool and try it if they have it. I have to place an order for new carb vacuum springs, so am going to order a new set of seals just in case. I have a huge trip coming up next week so better safe than sorry. Thank you!

No problem. It's worth a shot since it takes 5 minutes and cost only a couple bucks. Could save you some valuable riding time

Could save you some valuable riding time Unfortunately after looking closer, on the backside of the inner fork is scarred badly. Im guessing that the bushing bent, or maybe the seal warped and is just gouging it. So have to deal with it as best as I can until I can find a used one. They are over 200 retail, and i didnt pay much over that for the bike.
