Front Break Pad Removal

It seems every other kawasaki has a youtube video for removing pads when it is pretty obvious ie allen bolts or cotter pins to be removed but I can't find either on this caliper and the manual was pretty worthless for explaining how to do it as well.  I'm sure i'm missing something stupid here but for the life of me I can't figure this one out.  If someone could please help me out here I would appreciate it.

Ok, two things i didn't realize and explains why i couldn't get them out.  One, the outer pad (smaller one without hooks) just slides out on its own once the caliper is removed and Two that i could compress the fastener plate (part that bolts onto the forks) in so i can slide out the outer larger pad.  I'll leave a video but thought i'd put it in words in case it's ever removed.  Or anyone who is as new as I am at this stuff anyway

95 vulcan has the same design.
