Hello I am attempting to do a valve adjustment and I am trying to remove spark plugs but I am unable to find the right tools to get down into the spot to remove. Either it goes into the hole but not able to fit around d plug or to fat to get into the hole. Anyone know what socket I need to get down in and get the plug out???

A thin wall 18 mm socket.

Or box spanner, but if you suspect the plugs might currently be stuck a box spanner is not the best choice. A previous owner of my 454 had welded a nice socket and extension together and left it in the tools.

I found an 18mm spark plug socket that worked fine at Home Depot for $6. I used a wobble extension to get the right angle on it. Certainly a pretty awkward position for access.
