I've completely simplified my entire harness. Now, I'm looking for more things to get rid of.
I presume I can eliminate the cooling fan relay altogether, and just wire the fan directly. This will power the fan everytime the bike is powered on. Am I correct?

Like I said, I'm just trying to find more opportunities to lighten my harness. Less is more, ya know?

i use a simple on off switch on my fan I would consider that. However, I got rid of all my gauges, including the temp gauge.

Well by putting a switch & light in place of guage & relay is certainly no improvement.....Why do you think people with any type of performance vehicle replace the idiot lights with gages?...... Gauges are much more accurate......By the time the red light comes on your already too hot.
