Hi Everyone,
Attached to this message is a video of my bike sort of "stuttering" while turning. I had replaced the rings and put it back together and noticed this would happen whenever I tried to turn it over. Any thoughts?

Any particular thing I should be looking for when I remove and inspect it?

yeah stuck rollers. broken weld on the sprocket. bolts back out. my guess would be the weld is broken and the sprocket is turning on the shaft.

Weak springs and worn rollers, also is a cause.

Just doing this myself, see recent threadThe essentials Flywheel puller (or DIY bolt with the tip smoothed off) New generator cover gasket 6mm hex bit New starter clutch or roller kit, until you remove the clutch from the flywheel there's only a tiny gap to spot any cracks so it might look OK at first glance. I've managed without a strap wrench or flywheel holder but would definitely use one if available. Although the flywheel has holes to brace it there's next to nothing you can stick through without putting pressure on the magnets and if you get any damage on the magnet side that's a new flywheel!
