I’ve got a 86 454LTD that is getting aggravating. The factory air box was removed, replaced with pod filters and mufflers cut off. I have not messed with the jets yet but I have adjusted my float height in 1mm intervals from 16-19mm, I’ve had from 1 to 3 small shims on the needle, cut 2 coils off of the diaphragm spring and adjusted the A/F mixture screw. No matter what I do I can’t get the bog from 2-5k rpms to go away. If I hold the throttle Open it will eventually get past it but it’s acting like it’s way too rich. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated
