a guys i got a small chopper a look at me toy that does highway speed but is heck to stay running but any how i have no power brand new cdi racing one, brand new battery fully charged, cleaned battery terminal checked some wiring for splits and found none i did not get a multimeter to check continuity of wire for dead one as I boxed up my tools due to moving i was thinking a short or could it be a power rectifier/voltage or just a simple short as the thing need to be rewired its a mess but it was fine till i tried to turn it over on a weak battery saw a spark near the chain and no more or could it be the ignition coils them selves that blew new spark plug and fuses

Sorry to say this, but your post doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
I think you're saying you have a brand new ignition and battery, but no power when you turn the key on?
Please clarify if you can-

basically no power new battery, new cdi,, new starter and still no power new spark plug as well

check your fuses or maybe a broken or disconnected wire?

thats what i was thinking too checked but did not find one i may need to do a continuity check of the battery terminal and work back as if no juice from the terminal is a starting point once i un pack my tools as the bike is still with me

you said you saw sparks near chain...wild guess here but check for bad connections where you saw sparks maybe there's a starter solenoid there or ground maybe.........
