Okay I pull the master cylinder (front brake)and depressed the piston (lever), now I can't seem to get it to bleed out, I try bleeding it from the bottom up use a syringe thinking that would get pressure up to it but nothing, well I can lossen the the nut before the cylinder and get fluid to there, fill the master cylinder but don't get any pressure. any ideals? How do I get the piston back against the lever?

These brakes cannot be bled like u would normally do on a car. You have to bleed the master cylinder first, then the caliper. To bleed the master cyl, (it helps to have a helper) fill the master cyl with fluid, work the lever 3 or 4 times, loosen the hose connection at the master cyl (holding the lever squeezed), then tighten the connection, work the lever, hold it down, loosen the hose connection, tighten the connection. Be sure you wrap a rag around the hose & connection so u don't get brake fluid all over your bike. check the fluid level in the resevour, then continue repeating the steps above until all the air is out of the master cylinder. Now, you can move to the caliper. Make sure the resevour is full, work the lever 3 or four times (or more), hold the lever down, loosen the bleeder on the caliper, to let the air out, thighten the bleeder. Repeat the operation (checking the fluid level in the resevour, and adding fluid), until all the air is out, and the brakes work properly. N ow, if your master cylinder is full of gunk, etc, it will need to be cleaned thourghly before you try to bleed the air out, as the "gunk" will not allow the master cylinder to work properly.

Even after you do this, chances are the lever will still be soft. Let the bike sit in the sun for a day or two and the rest of the air will work itself out of the line.
