Pretty sick! Belts are hard to come by. Cruise ebay for one and also check out CL for people parting them out. What part of the country are you from?

almost finished !! drives fine as she is just need to upholster the seat and get grips... couple things here and there but really enjoy the ride... the whole project only cost me 800$ !

I love this. Got any pics of how it looked when you got it?
Can you talk us through what you had to do? I'm saving for a new bike so I can turn my LTD into a bobber and still have a ride (it's going to be a major learning experience).

when you took the seat off - what did you do with everything thats is under the seat, on the back fender? I dont think it all needs to be there if making a bober - where did you hide it?

I did something similar to a 550 Nighthawk. Chopped the rear fender and the seat pan. I left the seat pan bare and just used an Airhawk cushion. Surprisingly comfortable.
