454 likes to start on one cylinder. sometimes it will kick in once i'm down the road with it. -it is flooding that cylinder,& drying the plug helps temporarily. sometimes pulling that plug wire off at a stop 4 a few sec. seems to help that one kick in too.? any sugestions?? & how do i adjust the ritchness? -is that the problem??

Adjusting the mixture will not help your problem.It sounds like a gummed up carb,have you tried some Sea Foam?

Could also be a bad plug wire, or boot.
