I have a water temp gage that is after market. Equis is the brand. I noticed it pegs out soon as I turn the bike on. Any ideas why?

Think u have a short somewhere, or the sending unit is shorted out.

Bad ground.

Bad ground. Problem solved. A lot of electrical problems can be traced to bad grounds.   |
