Been using their mobile app since I joined here. Works pretty slick.
Pretty sure it is a re-branded version of Tapatalk (since it is nearly identical in features/functionality). Good stuff!

I had to purchase the proboards app, ut it was worth it. Going on the 454 website on mobile was hard. The app makes it very easy to read and reply to posts.

When the address part comes up, you'll have to input "ltd454" (without the quotes of course).

Hopefully this will help others...
The mistake I made was trying to look the forum up in the "Network" tab. The way to add it is to go to the "Me" tab and then "Add new forum" (or similar wording) and then type ltd454 into the text entry future and choose the ".proboards.com" option. Not all that intuitive, it must be said.
Send to work well enough one it's signed in, though.

I just saved the boards page as an icon to my iPhone cover screen. No App-NO fee...works for me ;-)

I find the app easier to use for keeping up with unread posts across the various boards.

Are you using the Android or iPhone app? Edit: of course Android, because HTC One. Sorry, I'm not awake yet. Most features of the app are found through the menu and long-pressing on boards, posts, etc.
I've been using it for a little less than a month and I pretty much hate it, but it's just better enough than the mobile web version of the site that it has it's uses. But this is the fault of tapatalk since the proboards "app" is just a rebranded cover for the tapatalk app.
Edit 2: the pics function either ducks or doesn't work. You'll need to post as an image link from a site like imgur for it to work properly. If you long-press on a board topic, you'll get the option to subscribe. It's the only thing I've found close to a favorite.

To upload an image there should be a button when typing a post. I'm sure it is slightly different on each device. I have a camera button just to the right of my text entry box. To add a thread to a favorite you want to subscribe to it. When reading the thread there should be an options button. Click that button and click subscribe. My phone is touchscreen but have 4 buttons along the bottom. One of those buttons brings up the options such as reply or subscribe.

You are not crazy. This forum (and its parts) is the only thing active now. The servers that were hosting the website, proved unreliable, so GWK made the decision to dis-continue the website. For mobile use, read the above posts, there are good suggestions there.

This is the first I am seeing this. If I am understanding correctly the forum website is gone? The only way to get on the forum would be thru the mobile app? Maybe I mis-read and you mean the 454 parent site of the forum is no longer active.

The parent website in gone, Ben....the forum is still very much up and active on both the computer (http://ltd454.proboards.com/) and on smart phones.

I have the app on an android phone but it's a Huawei P Smart and bloody useless. My Fitbit app won't work on it or my Dreammapper app for my CPAP machine either. It's a pain. Someone sent me a pm last night and it won't load on the app.
On another note. Glad I found this forum. 😌😋🤣 Bought an EN 454 LTD. 1985 and getting her pretty again.
I will endeavour to post some photos in the gallery. Not holding out much hope. Lol
