Ok, while cleaning the carbs I noticed something. The tension on one float is more then the other. I dont know the name of the part but its a small bullet looking piece that is connectet to the float by what appears to be a a small wire retainer.both pieces push in and come out on there own but when installed one has less tension. Call it play if you will. Would this cause my issues? Or is this something not to worry about? If I need a new one, where would I order it from? To me this would cause diffefent fuel levels in each carb. Possibly causing the one to starve. However Im not sure on this.

That little "bullet" is the float needle valve, which controls allows the fuel into the carb bowl, which is controlled by the float level setting. If the float level is set too high, it holds the valve closed, allowing no fuel into the carb bowl...if set to low, it allows too much fuel into the carb bowl, causing flooding. This float level setting/adjustment is VERY important, allowing the engine to run right, or very badly, or not at all. I would seriously advise you to get a manual, so you can read, adjust, maintain, and understand what parts are for and their names, that way, when yo have questions, we can better understand how to help you.
