I'm using pod filters. I increased my jets to 135's. I even added a restricter plate in each carb that I made. I'm guessing at everything.... My problem now is that when I give the bike throttle it is slow to respond.. Any advice would be great..

Did you shim the needles.when I done mine I had response problems.I cut 3 turns out of the diaphram spring a now it's perfect. No restriction required on the pods.

How many turns out are your air/pilot jets? Sounds like its running rich drop your turns out on them by a 1/4 turn and see what happens. If you don't know how many turns then screw them in and back them out 2 and 1/2 turns and see how she runs and go from there.
Sluggish=rich=turn in air/pilot jet in 1/4 turn test still the same another 1/4 turn etc.
Anytime you go up in the main jet size you are going to enrich the mixture.
I forgot to mention this is the case barring any vacuum leak that can cause the same thing.

Idle mixture adjustment only affects operation from idle to 1/3 throttle.1/3 to 3/4 is controlled by the needle & 3/4 to full throttle is controlled by the main jet.The best way to "fine tune" idle mixture is with the bike warmed up,idling.Adjust to were the bike idles smoothest.About mid-way between lean (In) & out (rich) as jetblack stated.
