The EN450, EN500, and VN800 carry the same part number: 41080 for the disk so it should fit.

No worries, I hope it works good for you if it doesn't for some reason; then the Ebay seller listed the part wrong which happens a bit too often. I've been struck by the seller doesn't know what they have and guess mistake at least four times...although, it has also worked in my favor once or twice for great deals. I got an antique solo seat that would list and sell for over 400 bucks in the Motors section for 11 bucks shipped from the bicycle seat section, because the seller didn't know what they had.

;D Yeah, kinda funny...I have seen so much that is mis-described. If a person really knows what is what, he can get some very good deals.

Especially, so if you hunt for items posted in wrong categories.

Anyone who can tell me how to loosen the bolts on the disc.? I've got 2 front wheels. 1 with a worn out tyre and 1 with a worn out disc. I would like to switch discs, but the bolts seems stuck, and I'm affraid to ruin the head, trying to loosen them. I tried with WD40 over night - no difference at all..

A impact (air) gun is probably the easiest way. Probably the only way. Those bolts are usually put on with quite a bit of torque, and they tend to get rusted and brake dusted in there.

WD-40 sucks as a penetrant, try PB-Blaster or Kroil. You can also use some heat. It's not really the torque, it's the loctite and years of corrosion at the threads.

Yeah the years of corrosion is true. But the hit of an impact gun will probably break them free. I also agree wd-40 sucks as a penetrating oil. PB blaster is much better. I use that on every rusted bolt I try to remove.

Well... Ehhh... I've never seen or heard of the other 2 products (PB Blaster & Kroil). Guess it's not sold in europe. Same thing with Pinesol. I have seen some people clean their carbs by soaking them into Pinesol. Looks awesome.! I can borrow an impact gun from a friend and I'm ready to give it a try..

WD-40 sucks as a penetrant Makes sense since it was never designed to be a penetrant. ;D ;D

Nope...its really a moisture displacer, with some temporary lubricating properties, that dries out.

Well, Saturn V rockets or not.... The air impact gun did the job and I got the right disc on the right wheel. I'm partly happy. I'm having trouble bleeding the brake. I put new gaskets in the caliper. Bled the master and the line, but the grip never gets hard - only a SOFT spongy grip Is it maybe the master cylinder that's broken.?

When I had the same trouble.filled the master cylinder, put the cover on left the bleeder open, came back 1/2 hour later & brakes pumped up perfectly.Give it a try.

Yeah, maybe I'll try that.
For now I've pulled the grip and tied it to the handlebar. Read somewhere that it worked for somebody. So tomorrow I'll give it a try, and if it didn't help I'll try it your way. (..Never had so much trouble bleeding brakes before.?!! )

So.. It worked for me, and the front brake is firm - BUT : It brakes like h... Hopefully it gets better when the brand new pads have adjusted to the 'new' used disc...
