It looks the same.I would check the part # that it replaces.The pin on the bottom has to be in the exact spot for it to mount to the master cylinder.

I will just order the OEM one, this one says it replaces replaces oem #: 21070-1170 and not the correct one #27010-1056 . Very close, but who knows what they changed.

I think the only difference is the mounting hole location...that being said it could be made to fit in several ways...molding jb then shaping it and then drilling a new hole, or splitting the old switch and new switch and transferring the internals, that being said if it is just the little spring switch that is broken it could be taken apart and fix or fab a new spring switch.
If you plan on replacing it it's worth a try to do that first before ordering...that's usually what I do before ordering experimenting with the old part first.
It might be worth noting that you can break down abs plastic in acetone and use the slurry like a clay, to make your own custom plastic parts.
