How do you adjust the float bowl level? I'm planning on tackling my carbs after work, and I'm sure that's going to need to be taken care of aswell. I had Gasoline pouring out of my filters.

When you remove the float bowl, you'll see the floats, the float needle is attached in the middle just hanging and can get lost if you remove the float from the carburetor so be mindful of that thing. Slightly bending the float in the center up and down adjusts the level. The float height should be 17mm.

It is possible that your float level setting is ok, and the reason the carbs were flooding is that one or both the float needles were just not sealing, due to some crud in the needle seat(s). If u are removing the carbs to give them a good cleaning, then certainly checking the float level and adjusting is to be also done.
