What gauges? Speedo, Tach? Might be a chore to figure out hooking up an electric tach....temp gauge is no problem, done that.

Most electronic aftermarket tachs simply have a small wire that will wrap around one of you plug wires, that sends the signal to the tach. Dual-fire ignition systems, like my old lady's Rebel, are a little more difficult to find a tach for, but they work in the exact same way. But our coils are single-fire, so electronic tachs would be a dime-a-dozen to find. An electronic speedo would be the difficult one. You would have to remove the speedo gear in the front wheel and swap in an electronic unit, or find one that is compatible, that has an electronic sending unit, and use the matching speedometer. Most all motorcycles use a cable to operate the speedometer, there are a few that are electronic. You best bet would be to find a speedometer that uses GPS, instead of a cable (but those can be expensive, and hard to find).
