Hello everyone. I had a short circuit somewhere on my bike but this isn't the reason of this post. I thought it came from the starter at first so I removed it. But then I realized I needed to remove my magneto cover to replace the sproket on the starter. But this is my question. There was a little bit of oil in the casing of the alternator. Is that normal? I'm trying to find the information everywhere on the web and the user manuel but I can't seem to find it. If anyone could tell me it's normal it would be awesome. If it isn't normal, I hope somebody could guide me why there is some oil in there!
Thank you very much for your patience, Berounes

+1 To what Blaine said.
You can help eliminate the oil loss by putting the bike upright or slightly leaning to the right side. I usually throw mine on the center stand, or you can prop a couple of 2x4's under the kick stand. This will eliminate the vast majority of the oil leakage.
