What is a decent torque wrench to have for this bike?

Any torque wrench you pay a decent amount of money for should be accurate. Get a good brand one, not a wallyworld special. Those will work but can be badly inaccurate. After using the wrench always always turn the wrench to zero. never leave it set at what you were using it at.

To be honest, I have the 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch clickers from Harbor Freight. I spent less than $20 on each of them years ago. I've had them calibrated (perks of my job) to the highest standards and they actually prove to be pretty darn true.
I've rebuilt engines, both for myself and for customers, and they've all performed flawlessly. Some day, I may drop the money on a Snap-On torque, but I don't see the point when I have the opportunity to calibrate my cheapo's that consistently fall within spec.
Besides, on many of the bikes I work on, the torque spec is a guess at best. Rust, metal fatigue, different gasket materials, and more all change the clamping load requirements.
