Carbs rebuilt. Floats set at 17mm. Diaphrams move freely and no holes in them.Stock 125 jets. Stock air box. Petcok rebuilt and working fine. Tank cleaned and fresh gas. New battery.Coils check good acording to manual.Valves set to specs.New plugs.New ignition switch. Bike barely starts will not idle or ref up at all. Carbs were bench syrnkronized. (misspeled) Tried to adjust after running poorly. I'm sure I have not listed everything we checked and rechecked. Please tell me what to redo or recheck on this bike.

Bike acts and smells like it is flooding the whole time it halfway cranks. Please help.

Did you try adjusting your fuel air mixture screw?

Bike acts and smells like it is flooding the whole time it halfway cranks. Please help. Is the vent tube open & unblocked??

vent line is not kinked or blocked and fuel mixtue screws are set at 2 turns out

Try setting them to 1 1/2 also on your plugs are they gapped properly I had mine set a bit to high once and it gave me problems.

Idle mixture screws on operate idle to 1/4 throttle.Mid-range is controlled by diaphram needle (1/4 to 3/4 throttle)

I set mine to .6mm -.7mm make sure it is the millimeter side most gap tools have the metric side on the rear.

are the vaccum lines on the carb secure? check all youre boots and hoses for suction.

I have checked and rechecked over and over but can't find a leak. Plan is to have ignitor box checked properly and go back at it from there.If anyone can think of somethingelse to check please post it here for me to do so. Thanks everybody.
