how hard would it be to completely get rid of the front brake? the reason being that i have way too much stuff missing and its too much of a hassle to rebuild it ALL. what would need to do?

It is not hard..just remove the caliper and hose.....altho, I would not recommend it, as your braking activity will be changed tremendously. To see how, take off and be going 20 or 25 miles per hour and hit the rear brake......be prepared for the bike to get very unstable. On these bikes, the front brakes have a very important job of keeping the bike stable, when making a quick stop.

Front brake is the main brake. Dont even think about goig without it.

I can't imagine it would pass inspection either to be honest.
