I purchased a 1990 Kawasaki 450 bobber "project" yesterday from a kid who, all he told me, said that one day a storm came through and after it passed, the bike wouldn't start. Had the battery tested at O'Reilly's Auto and was told the battery was good, just needed to be charged. Not even getting lights on the instrument panel. Not getting power to anything. New to bikes and working on them so all I'm asking is if someone was or is in this situation and if you could get me some direction or share experiences?
Thanks -Dan
