So, I was wondering if someone had more information in the jetting procedure. I recently put pods on and exhaust open flow. I had to put fabric over the pods and remove crankcase filter entirely to stop the immense backfire. Main jet has already been jetted to 130. And other jet mods I can make to have the bike running better. I was told it the bike sounds dry?!?. Not too sure.

You really should do one mod at a time to keep things straight.....Jetting is trial & error & different for different locations.....With Straight pipes you will need to go even richer on Mains & probably cut diaphram spring.

Do not remove filter on the crankcase.....it keeps dirt and moisture out of the tranny. U have something elso not adjusted properly if you are getting a lot of backfire.
