Hi I am on a cross country trip from Minnesota to Washington and my Fromt Master cylinder has failed. I need a rebuild kit ASAP. Everyone I have called can only get me on in a week. Does anyone have access to and can send overnight or just in the next day or two? Or any tricks? The piston won't engage after pushed in, so it's all the way pushed in and no front brake I'm in the mountains... We need a solution or a shop somewhere in Washington state. Thank you!

Sorry just saw this. May be too late for you know. Sounds to me like you have a brake line problem. If they are old and rubber, not the steel braided I would bet on it. I've had more than one instance of exactly the same thing and I thought it was the caliper first time. All three time it was old brake lines. They deteriorate inside. Eventually enough junk gets built up the the caliper won't release. To test just take a line off at the caliper and see if a bunch of black sludge comes out. If so you should be able to adapt some lines to work relatively easy and should be able to pick them up off the shelf easily. Good luck
