Hey guys, this is my first time posting on here and really any forum for that matter so hopefully on doing this right and correct me if I'm not. First , thank you to all the info and great ideas on this site. So I'm about to Bob out my 86 and ordered some Krator heavy duty turn signals. Before I started was just curious to see if they would work. Their 12v and thought they should. I just threw the connectors in the sleeve and when I turn signal on they just stay on and don't blink, is this due to poor connection, do I connect they right for it to work? Just assumed if they where touching it's good enough. Thanks in advance for any thoughts. Cheers

Cheers If your using them on the front remember there are 3 wires.....running light, flasher & ground..Are you hooked to blinker wire?

Back turn signals, and I definitely am hooked to the right wires, if I hook the new light up with the old turn signal still hooked up( ie new and old connected all together,) they blink. So frustrating, I'm lost.

So I've been told because they are smaller bulbs I'll need a relay on each blinker. Found a great Kawasaki guy. Thanks for responding

If those lights are LED, you need to change the flasher unit (which is mechanical) to an electronic replacement...those are available at most any auto parts store.
