I checked the specs tag on the rear fender and found the maker says Bridgestone tires for the '88. Well, a quick internet search failed to turn up any GS523 and GS524 Bridgestone tires. I do remember finding one site that stated the suggested tires were longer available. So, I am curious as to what other members are using. I live in Virginia, Northwestern part, and our climate can be as low as 0 F in the winter and 110 F in the summer. Fortunately the extreme isn't that often. I ride daily to work, as long as nothing is falling from the sky and the temp is above 20 F. Sorry, but below 20 F it isn't enjoyable. I'm a wuss........... I would like some info as to what brand any of you'll might suggest, that have similar temp ranges. I don't anticipate having the '88 ready for tires for a couple more months but I like to be prepared for when the time comes.
I hope I haven't started a new tread but I couldn't find anything posted in recent years. If needed, please move to the appropiate place.
Thank you

Thank you Blaine
I will look at those.
March 07, it lives! First start in almost 22 years!!! Just a putter but it fired up and ran on a few drops of gasoline in spark hole. Now to get it back together and order signal light assemblies and seriously look for a set of tires! It's been a good week! Got the carbs back from the mechanic and now the '89 PC800 runs like a cat with its' tail is on fire and now I get to put the carbs back on the '88 LTD.
Thank you'll

Blaine I got those Kenda tires and they were installed a couple weeks ago. They ride very good and so far no issues riding around town. I plan on taking it up the Skyline Drive my next clear week day I don't have to work. Now if they made them to fit my PC800s rear, I'd be delighted. Oh yeah, you can't beat that price. Under 150$ US with shipping for both front and rear tire.
Thank you
