It's terminal - bent head tube - looking for a frame

The PO was less than upfront with me about this bike, now I am stuck with a bike that I have put A LOT of work into and come to discover (when I was bolting up the 750 front end) that I have a bent head tube.  

Really desperate for options here:
- I already have the 500 rear swing  arm on it, will a 500 frame work as a suitable substitute? 
- Anyone have a frame with a clear VIN that can be titled? 
- Other options that I am missing here?

Wow, I have relatives from Ohio coming out here this summer. 

I have a lead on a whole carcass, let me see where that goes since it is somewhat local to me.
