I recently broke my throttle cable, so I went ahead and replaced both throttle cables and took my carbs off to do so... this is where it goes down hill...
I had the carbs off so I took them apart to make sure I didn't need to rebuild them, everything looked new and clean but I went ahead and did a bench sync on the carbs because they were way off from in sync.
I put everything back together and now the bike won't start. It will crank all day but won't turn over.
I have checked to make sure the bowls are getting gas which they are, but I don't where to go from there.

I once re-installed the carbs with the choke set to fully open, that was a confusing afternoon. Beyond that its the usual suspects - maybe trim 1/4 inch of HT copper back, the airbox system needs to be fully installed, there's a couple of electronic lock-outs that shouldn't have been affected but depends if you did any more work. You might have dislodged some carb crud that is now blocking the jets...
